・Confirmation of reservation and advance payment

↳ Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive your reservation deposit.
The advance reservation fee is 10,000 JPY. The reservation deposit is included in the shooting fee, so please pay the remaining amount from one month before the shooting date to before or after the shooting date.

・Cancellation due to client’s convenience

↳ In the case of cancellation due to the client’s circumstances, the reservation deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. I will limit the schedule as soon as your reservation is confirmed. I appreciate your understanding.

 

・Cancellation due to weather

↳ In order to eliminate concerns about the weather, those who take photos on Miyakojima have a backup day set aside either before or after the shooting date. When making a reservation, we ask you to set aside a backup date to accommodate your travel needs.
In the unlikely event that you cancel your photoshoot, we will charge a deposit of 10,000 JPY as a cancellation fee. In case of postponement, please see below.

 

・Regarding postponement of Photograhy date

↳ If it is difficult to take the photo shoot on the scheduled shooting date due to the client’s circumstances or the weather, it is possible to postpone the photo shoot up to 3 months from the shooting date.
Your re-booking will be confirmed after you transfer the advance reservation deposit of 10,000 yen. In this case, the reservation deposit is included in the shooting fee, so the remaining amount (first reservation deposit + reservation deposit for schedule changes = 20,000 yen minus the remaining amount) will be paid on the re-shooting date. Please pay from one month in advance to before or after the photo shoot.

 

・Cancellation due to typhoon

↳ I will only issue a full refund if it is difficult to shoot due to the effects of a typhoon (e.g., you are on Miyakojima but cannot Photography / you are unable to come to Miyakojima / your schedule is difficult even if you come to Miyakojima …)
For refunds, you will be required to pay the transfer fee, and the amount you have already paid, including the reservation deposit, will be refunded to your designated bank account.

1. Privacy policy (or personal information protection policy)

Our company (tanos Co., Ltd.) complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, guidelines such as guidelines on the protection of personal information, and other related laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information regarding the handling of personal information acquired by our company.

(3) Provision of personal information, etc.

Our company will not provide personal information obtained based on the consent of the person to a third party without the prior consent of the person, except as required by law. Regarding disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of personal information or notification of purpose of use at the request of the person concerned, we will comply with laws and regulations and respond appropriately to opinions and consultations.

 

4. Change of purpose of use of personal information

In principle, our company will not change the purpose of use specified in the previous paragraph unless we have obtained the consent of the person in advance.

 

5. Provision of personal information to third parties

When entrusting all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party, we will thoroughly examine the suitability of the third party and ensure that the handling of the personal information entrusted to us is managed safely. We will provide necessary and appropriate supervision to those who are involved.

 

6. Improving and reviewing the handling of personal information

Our company conducts inspections regarding the handling of personal information, management systems, and initiatives, and continuously makes improvements and reviews.

 

7. Disposal of personal information
